TechnoGlass is a company that processes glass using various techniques and technology to enhance its beauty and strength. With over 50 employees drawn from various disciplines and backgrounds, we have an unrelenting focus on quality, service excellence, innovation and delivery in our undertakings. A subsidiary of Crystal Group, TechnoGlass has substantial experience in providing customer-centric glass solutions. Under the leadership of John Aluya, the company has continued to focus on 5 key initiatives: Service Excellence, Productivity, Growth, Cash and People. Today the company has assets worth over N1billion.

MR.JOHN ALUYA

GROUP MANAGING DIRECTOR
CRYSTAL GROUP

Born in the 50’s, an ex- banker, with over 35 years of banking and business development experience. A man of humble beginning who was fascinated with glass all his life. As a young child he understudied his uncle, who was a glass merchant in Benin and his enthusiasm into the glass business is a living testimony today.

He set up one of the foremost glass companies in the country - Crystal Glass Nigeria Limited in 1985. The business began with importation of louvre blades and later veered into actual production of other forms of glass. The company today, has over 1 billion naira investments.

Aluya’s giant stride in the nation’s manufacturing sector has garnered industry-wide accolades. His business managerial skills is largely sought after by his peers in the manufacturing sector. He has succeeded recently in courting Chinese investors to establish a world class multi-billion naira glass factory in Niger Delta.

He is the Group Managing Director of Crystal Group, comprising of Techno Glass Industries Limited, Caltex Investments Limited and Crystal Glass Nigeria Limited. He is a Council Member of Yaba Collage of Technology, Council Member ofthe Manufacturers Association of Nigeria (MAN) and currently, the Chairman of the Manufacturers Association of Nigeria, Apapa branch.

A devout Christian, he is married to Mrs. Yvonne Aluya, a business woman and the marriage is blessed with four children

SEUN ODERINDE (HND, MSC, ACA, ACCM)
(HEAD, FINANCE AND STRATEGY)

SEUN ODERINDE, is a 2004 graduate of Accountancy and Finance from the World famous YABA COLLEGE of TECHNOLOGY in Lagos where he served as the departmental President for the 2002/2003 academic session. He holds a Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance from Leeds Metropolitan University Leeds in United Kingdom. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Certified Institute of Cost Management Nigeria (CICMN), he also holds the membership of chartered institute of management (UK)
A seasoned professional, with about ten years working experience at different levels of management. He has worked with SPARKLIGHT GROUP at different managerial position before joining TECHNOGLASS INDUSTRIES LIMITED in April 2009 as the Group Head, Finance and Strategy, the position he occupies presently.
While in SPARKLIGHT, he was instrumental to the efficient fund management which made the company to enjoy the status of the second largest beneficiary of the estate developers’ loan from the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria among other things. His expertise spans Projects analysis and evaluation, Fund management, Credit analysis and management, Audit and Investigation etc.
Seun is a director in LEGACY ASSOCIATES LIMITED a firm of professional Accountancy tuition providers, where he also lectures Strategic Financial Management.
He is happily married with a lovely daughter.

OMOPARIOLA KOREDE OLUSOLA
PRODUCTION MANAGER

Olukorede is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering (production option) from the Polytechnic of Ibadan. He also has Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Lagos State University. He joined Triplex Safety Glass (TSG) in 1993 as a management trainee. In 1995, he left the company for higher education at the Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro. He returned to TSG in 1997 and was subsequently made the Production Supervisor; he left TSG as an Assistant Production Manager in June 2004. He joined Technoglass Industries Limited in July 2004 as the pioneer Production Manager. He has vast understanding of working processes and procedures of modern glass Company.

ANDREW FASHIKUN
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Andrew Fashikun is an Economist, an alumnus of University of Ilorin. He holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from Lagos State University, specialising in International Business. His work experience spanned through Positive Financial Trust Limited as Head, Treasury Unit (1991), Oasis Savings & Loans Limited, Anthony Branch Manager (1994). He moved to Express Discount Limited, a CBN window for Securities Trading in 1995, from where he joined Gulf Bank Plc to start his banking career in 1997. He garnered comprehensive and quality banking experience through the various units he served – Credits/Marketing, Commercial/Corporate Unit, became one of the bank’s Naira dealer and later Head of Foreign Exchange desk in Treasury Unit. His humorous attitude and good interpersonal relationship earned him a position as one of the bank first group of Customer Service Managers. Andrew resigned from the bank in 2004, travelled to United Kingdom to work for the City of Westminster, Victoria London in 2005 as a Data Processing Officer using a special Citrix 16.0 software package to ascertain the correctness of the council data information for housing code, street and the cities at large. He was promoted to the position of Team Support & Administration Officer attached to Westminster Accommodation Leaving Care (WALC). He returned to Nigeria in 2010, with the passion to plough back his wealth of experience hence, he established and ran Agbalamuya Investment Limited and AndyFash Enterprises briefly in order to support and consult for Microfinance Banking regime in Nigeria, with an ambition to improve Nigerians economic empowerment drive through Small and Medium Scale Investors. Before joining Technoglass Industries Limited in July 2012 as the Business Development Manager, he was the Chief Operating Officer of Replica Digital Studios, Ikeja. Lagos. Andrew is happily married with children. .
