Technoglass Industries accepts Cash payment, Cheque/Draft either in person at our Factory or Direct payment to the Bank.

Is there any sales Tax?

All sales are subject to VAT excluding other rates and taxes where applicable.

How do I find the glass solution that fits my particular tasks?

What happened if I have errors in my order?

Thorough appraisal is done on templates, drawings sent to us to check for unbalances in measurement. Visit to the site for final measurement will be done before commencing on production.

What are the delivery time frames?

2 Weeks from receipt of order and after 100% payment is confirmed for orders above 50sqm. Orders below 50sqm may take longer production time until we have a summed minimum machine start-up order of 50sqm.

How will I receive order confirmation?

By providing your e-mail address/functioning phone number, we will forward to you updates.

What happen if my glass breaks in transit?

We shall not be liable for any breakages arising from glasses supplied by customer. In the case of our glass, we take responsibility.

Are there volume purchase discount?

Considerable discount on large orders are allowed.

Does Technoglass supply orders interstate?

Technoglass Industries Ltd. Supplies orders to your desired destination which will be subject to additional costs to cover transit where applicable.

How do I know I will be getting the supply of my orders as exactly as e-mailed to Technoglass?

Expert review of your order is done with all attention and forward to you for confirmation and approval before commencing on production.

What is Safety Glass?

These are processed glass; Toughened (Tempered) / laminated glass that do not break easily like ordinary glass.
They are usually not harmful when they break; toughened glass breaks into small harmless pieces while laminated glass is held together by an interlayer, polyvinyl butyral (PVB).

Why do I need safety glass?

Accidents do occur always, be it man-made or natural which are sometimes inevitable. The uses of raw glass in such cases are not the best option. The purpose of toughening or laminating a glass is to increase its safety use when compared to an ordinary glass that easily breaks with sharp edges that are injurious to the end users.

What should I look for when buying toughen glass from Technoglass?

WHAT IS “SAFETY GLASS”?

Safety is the objective of TechnoGlass products implying that the glasses are processed and Toughened/Tempered or Laminated which do not break easily like ordinary glass except a very high impact force is exerted on it. They are usually not harmful when they break because they either break into very small harmless particles in the case of Tempered/Toughened or are held together by an interlayer in the case of Laminated.

Accidents do occur always whether man-made or natural. In such cases, the use of any other glass is not safe at all. Imagine a situation where a kid or an adult mistakenly run into a non-safety glass partitioning or table (i.e ordinary glass) in an office, bank, eatery or an airport, the consequences may be fatal. The purpose of Toughening or Laminating glass is to increase its durability compared to an ordinary glass that can easily break with little/or no exertion of force. The ordinary float glass is known to be injurious because it breaks into sharp particles unlike the TechnoGlass Toughened/Laminated Glasses which are processed to hold together or break into non-sharp small particles that are non-injurious.

Two weeks from receipt of order and after an agreed payment term is fulfilled and subsequently confirmed for orders above 50 square meters; while orders below 50 square meters may take more than two weeks. However, the completion of installation of the TechnoGlass products at sites, if approved by the client; depends on the enormity of the project after appraisal which can only be determined and agreed between the prospective client and TECHNOGLASS INDUSTRIES LIMITED team.

ARE THERE VOLUME PURCHASE DISCOUNT?

Yes! There are various reasonable mouth-watering purchase discounts which shall be computed and discounted from the prospective clients’ charges.
